zero, then body moves with a constant speed in a straight line. When the magnitude of acceleration is constant but its direction changes to remain perpendicular to the direction of motion, then the body moves with a constant speed on a circular path. If both the magnitude and direction of acceleration are changing, remaining perpendicular to the direction of motion, the body moves with a constant speed on same curved path. In uniform circular motion a body has constant speed, but its direction keeps on changing, due to which it has non-zero acceleration.
